We ship worldwide with DHL. Shipping costs will be calculated in the payment window.

Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside Paraguay. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Returns

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 15 days since your order date to ask for an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee.

To exchange items contact us at info@mentasiruela.com with your order number and we will instruct you accordingly. For items on sale we cannot accept exchanges and returns.

The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels. The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.

If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order.  Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.
